Astute is a huge project, but it's not the only thing we're involved in. We’re also carrying out concept design work for a new successor submarine deterrent platform, and we’re working on the two new 65,000-tonne Queen Elizabeth class aircraft carriers. Our focus here is on designing the vessels’ central modules, each of which will have a displacement of around 17,000 tonnes.
