The BMC3 Division develops systems that allow military operators to solve complex problems with resource allocation, mission, planning, effects-based operations, and autonomous vehicle control. Our multi-vehicle mission control product tightly synchronizes the activities of large teams of heterogeneous unmanned vehicles to perform complex tasks in high-risk environments. Our weapon-target pairing products address a broad range of resource allocation problems – from time-sensitive targeting to optimizing missile defense intercepts subject to system-of-systems level performance constraints. AIT’s technology base includes dynamic programming, stochastic optimization, optimal control, and mathematical programming. Our technology development skills are complemented by strong systems and software engineering skills that have been used to support numerous military exercises and the development of operational systems.
