Battle Panels
The Land Systems Dynamics Battle Panels have been specifically designed to enhance aim point refinement for the modern age fire directing system.
These integrated battle stations will give the user a remote perspective of the battlefield while assisting him with overlaid tactical and navigational information. The display utilizes the latest electronic interfaces and processing power, allowing for simple, yet effective system integration. Its compact size and lightweight allows for installation in the most confined spaces, while still maximising the display area for panoramic vision.
Only the most frequently used functions are displayed on the panels to avoid information overload to the operators. The structured menu system is ideal to activate less used functions. Overlays on the video image include crosshairs, range, GPS coordinates, position of turret/panoramic sight relative to vehicle, magnetic heading, operational status, system warnings, ammunition inventory, ready to fire indicator, etc. It is also possible to display digital terrain maps which are integrated with an optional built-in GPS system. Status and BIT information from the sub-systems are available on request and replace the need for an additional service panel.
