These include:
- HR Services - (in partnership with XChanging) including recruitment, benefits,payroll, pensions and learning and development.
- Enterprise IT Services (EITS) - Company-wide general IT support services, including desktops, networks and the IT help desk.
It also handles web based eBusiness for BAE Systems. - Air Services (Corporate Air Travel) - Managing BAE Systems' fleet of aircraft, providing safe,cost-effective air service capability including airfield management.
- Procurement of non-product related goods and services (Indirect Procurement Services)
- Managing the company’s £600m spend, and associated supply chain to some 40 UK sites.
- Real Estate ‘Workplace Services’ (Property and Environmental Services)
- Operational management of real estate and facilities support services.
