Engineering in our Global Company
BAE Systems is a Global company. The engineering capabilities in each of our home markets – the UK, US, Australia, Saudi Arabia Sweden and South Africa – enable us to provide our customers with innovative and affordable solutions and services. The increasingly diverse and global nature of our business gives us great scope to identify and implement a wide range of engineering expertise, technology and best practice from around the world.
The Engineering Function
Governance, policy, professional development and overall enterprise strategy for the Engineering function in BAE Systems comes from the Global Corporate Engineering Council supported by regional councils, covering our home markets, and specialist working groups. The Engineering Councils address synergy, best practice sharing and co-ordination across BAE Systems engineering to ensure that enterprise level leverage in the areas of process and standards, capability and technology and competency development are optimised for the benefit of the business and our customers.

Our People
